If you need an item urgently after the cut-off, we may be able to ship orders placed by phone until 3:30pm Central the same day. STREET ADDRESS REQUIRED – We use only UPS for deliveries. Therefore, even though you may have to enter a PO Box address for the “Billing Info”, please provide a physical street address for the “Delivery Info”. Thanks! RETURNS – A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA) IS REQUIRED before you return any product, for any reason. This insures that your returned product is handled and processed correctly upon receipt. Call customer service at 1-888-255-2509 to obtain the RA. Be sure to have the RA number written somewhere on the OUTSIDE of the package. Ultranebs is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with the
return of a product (except when a product is defective on delivery).
Please note that items returned for credit after 14 days from delivery
are subject to restocking fees from 15%-100%. NO item may be returned
for credit after 30 days from date of delivery. NON-RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE – Due to sterility concerns, some products may NOT be returned if opened. These items are any products that would be assumed to be for single patient use, i.e.; tubing, masks, cannulas, filters, BPM arm cuffs, etc… SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – UltraNebs is proud to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on many of the products we distribute. Please note that this Guarantee is not available on all products. Refer to the information page for the item you purchase to see if one is offered for that item. Note that freight charges are always non-refundable. Additionally, if the item was originally shipped by Ultranebs to you without freight charges, a deduction will be made from your refund for the original freight charge. All sales are in US Dollars and all shipping charges are based solely on shipments within the USA. International orders MUST be placed by phone and have shipping costs calculated at the time of order. Items that we do ship internationally for you must be returned at customer expense to our facility for any warranty repair/replacement.
